Elabelz.com was a Middle East–focused e-commerce fashion platform for branded apparel and accessories. I established the finance function, led monthly close and financial reporting, and managed a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast to ensure liquidity alignment. I oversaw inventory valuation and optimization across fulfillment centers, automated landed cost processes to improve procurement efficiency, reconciled PAYFORT merchant accounts, and managed vendor contracts and payments to ensure compliance and financial control.

Led project forecasting and financial control using Value of Work Completed and Cost at Completion methodologies to ensure IFRS 15–compliant revenue recognition and margin accuracy on multi-million AED projects. Managed treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, LCs, bank guarantees, and banking relationships to maintain liquidity. Strengthened credit management through reconciliations and improved payment terms, while supporting board governance, statutory filings, VAT submissions, and ICV compliance.
